This picks up the (long delayed!) changes made in this PR which notably tidies up and namespaces more functionality (e.g.
$admin.createFlow()→$admin.flow.create()).There's also a few small type tidy picked up in E2E tests.
This PR relies on theopensystemslab/planx-core#164 and should unblock #2322
